Remote Usability Testing
- Informal - guerilla testing, more popular because it’s low cost.
Give the scenario and end goal.
Key players are tester, moderator (tell tester what to do) and observer (taking notes).
Think out loud. Be honest.
Sort of like a tour guide. Don’t interrupt only but make notes. Don’t answer questions for tester.
